| Dr Schanne completed four years on active duty as a Urologist at Martin Army Hospital, Fort Benning, Ga in May 2003. Prior to that he was a resident in Urology at the University of Pennsylvania Health Center. He graduated from Thomas Jefferson Medical College and attended Villanova University where he obtained a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
Dr. Schanne is the first urologist in Delaware to perform da Vinci robotic prostatectomy and the only urologist in Delaware to perform laparoscopic radical prostatectomy and laparoscopic radical cystectomy.

Dr Desperito completed Urology residency at the University of Pennsylvania Health Center in June 2003. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Medical College and attended the United States Military Academy. He served four years in the Army and was a Helicopter pilot in Germany during the first Gulf War.
Dr. Desperito is trained in advanced therapies for female incontinence and pelvic prolapse as well as all forms of kidney stone therapies.

Dr Rao has been the Chairman of Urology at St. Francis Hospital in Wilmington, DE for 30 years. Dr. Rao trained as a urology resident at St. Lukes Hospital at Columbia-Presbytyian Health System in New York, NY.
